Level 2 Prerequisites:

1. Complete Level 1 of the Spiritual Education Program
2. Attend a retreat or suggested workshop
3. Submit a 2 page reflection paper sharing your spiritual experiences throughout the retreat or workshop
4. Submit a typewritten letter, or email, to Rev. Virginia Chapin-Sheff, vchapinsheff@bigplanet.com requesting acceptance and stating reasons for wanting to be accepted into the Level 2 Program.
5. Be open to supplementing the CLM Educational program with private counseling through a practitioner of your choice, if found helpful and recommended.

Upon Acceptance:
Upon acceptance into the Level 2 Spiritual Education Program please send $250 to Celebrating Life Ministries, PO Box 1064, LaSalle, Illinois 61301. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you may do so at the end of this page or by calling 1-815-224-5730. Payment options can be arranged is so desired.
